About the Hotel

Hotel 8 Fergus Falls is located right off I-94 and is a perfect stopover for interstate road trippers. With more than 1,000 lakes in a one-hour driving distance, our hotel can be your home base while you explore everything that western Minnesota and eastern North Dakota have to offer!

Start your day with a complimentary breakfast before heading out to grab Scooter’s Coffee, breakfast at Töast, or a pastry at Falls Baking Co. Then spend your day exploring one of our many nearby parks before enjoying dinner at Mabel Murphy’s, a fresh pint at Fergus Brewing Company, or a performance at A Center for the Arts. Finally, come back and crash at your home away from home and enjoy hot chocolate, a hot bath or shower, DirecTV, and a takeout pizza! We’ll be waiting for you at the front desk to hear all about your day’s adventures, and to give you advice on where to visit next.

Our property is an eclectic mix of both old and new designs. While remodeling, we’ve tried to honor the heritage of the building, and the history of Fergus Falls, while updating certain elements for a more modern, fun, welcoming vibe. We take a lot of pride in our little hotel and in making sure it stands the test of time. It’s full of memories from throughout the years, and we invite you to join us in making more!

About the Owners

Hello guests! We are Maya and Imran, the owners of Hotel 8. We are a small, family-owned business, and this is our only hotel. We recently relocated from Seattle, Washington to pursue our dream of owning our own business.  With our experience working in the hospitality industry, and our passion for travel, we knew that running a hotel was a perfect fit for us.

We will be onsite everyday to greet you and ensure that your needs are met during your stay. We may not be a five-star resort, but we can offer five-star customer service!
